Overview:
An established and highly regarded firm in Greater Glasgow is looking for a newly qualified to 2 years PQE Solicitor with family law experience to join its team. You will manage your own caseload across a variety of family matters, working closely with clients on often sensitive and personal issues. This is a great opportunity to build your expertise in a supportive, client-focused environment.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
Scottish qualified solicitor with practical family law experience
Experience managing your own caseload, including divorce, separation, child contact, financial provision, and cohabitation matters
Ability to provide clear, practical, and empathetic advice to clients
Confident in preparing documents, handling negotiations, and representing clients when required
Flexible and collaborative, willing to support colleagues across the wider team
Skills:
Excellent organisation and time-management abilities
Effective communicator able to build trust and rapport with clients
Team-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused approach
Committed to delivering high standards of client care and professional service
