Overview:
A highly regarded law firm in the Greater Glasgow area is recruiting a newly qualified to 2 years' PQE Solicitor with family law experience to join its team. You’ll manage your own caseload across a range of family matters, working with clients on often sensitive and personal issues. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in a supportive and client-focused environment.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
Qualified Scottish Solicitor
Experience of handling your own family law caseload, including matters such as divorce, separation, child contact, financial provision and cohabitation
Ability to provide clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients
Confident in preparing documents, managing negotiations and representing clients where required
Collaborative and flexible, willing to contribute across the wider team
Skills:
Excellent organisation and time-management abilities
Effective communicator with the ability to build client trust and rapport
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Committed to high standards of client care and professional service
