A leading Scottish family law team is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join its highly respected Glasgow office. This is a varied and rewarding role advising a diverse client base — from high-net-worth individuals to those seeking cost-effective guidance — across the full spectrum of family law matters. The team is known for its collaborative culture, quality of work and practical, client-focused advice.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ PQE in family law
Advising on divorce, financial provision, cohabitation and child-related issues
Confident in managing a caseload from start to finish
Comfortable with sheriff court advocacy and drafting pleadings
Skills:
Clear and effective communication
Client-focused and solution-oriented approach
Able to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Works well within a team and contributes positively
Keen to support business development and marketing initiatives
