The Role

You’ll advise clients across a broad range of family and child law matters, handling cases from initial instruction through to resolution.

Your caseload will include:

Separation and divorce
Financial issues arising from relationship breakdown
Contact and residence disputes
Children’s matters
Legal aid work

About You

This role would suit a solicitor who:

Has 3 + years’ PQE in Scottish family law
Is comfortable running their own files
Has experience dealing with legally aided and privately funded matters
Enjoys building long-term client relationships
Has good court procedure knowledge
Is organised, approachable and practical in their advice
