The role
Manage a varied family law caseload
Advise on separation, divorce and financial provision matters
Handle residence and contact disputes
Advise on pre-nuptial agreements and adoption matters
Conduct hearings and proofs
Support and supervise junior team members
Deliver practical and compassionate advice to clients
About you
5+ years’ PQE in family law
Experience handling a broad range of privately funded family matters
Advocacy experience, including hearings and proofs
Excellent communication and client care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues
Empathetic, proactive and solutions-focused approach
