Job Opportunity: Family Solicitor - Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: North Lanarkshire (Hybrid Options Available)

As a Family Solicitor in North Lanarkshire, you will manage a varied caseload covering both legal aid and private family law matters. The work will include regular court appearances, with a particular focus on contact and child-related cases. You’ll be trusted to work independently, while remaining part of a small, collaborative team.

About you

This role would suit a Family Solicitor who:

Has circa 3+ years’ PQE in family law
Has experience handling legal aid matters (advantageous but not essential)
Is comfortable with advocacy and regular court appearances
Can manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
Communicates clearly and empathetically with clients
Is organised, adaptable and comfortable working within a small team
