Role Requirements:
Experience:
Post-qualification experience in family law
Confident attending Sheriff Court hearings
Experience handling a variety of private family law cases, including divorce, financial provision, and child-related matters
Skills:
Clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues
Organised and able to manage competing priorities
A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Committed to delivering thoughtful and empathetic legal support
