The role
As Family Law Paralegal, you’ll get involved in every stage of family law casework, including:
Booking client appointments and keeping them in the loop
Taking precognitions and coordinating witnesses
Drafting Minutes of Agreement and other legal documents
Helping prepare Affidavits
Putting together schedules of matrimonial property and checking vouching
Handling correspondence with clients and other parties
About you
At least 2 years’ experience in family law
Driven and motivated to deliver a first-class client experience
Great people skills
Comfortable working towards KPI targets
Personable, detail-focused and confident
Happy to pitch in and support the wider team
