Working alongside experienced family lawyers, you’ll assist with a broad range of Scottish family law matters, including divorce, separation, financial provision and child-related disputes. This role is suited to a candidate with existing family law experience gained within a Scottish law firm who is looking to develop their career within a specialist family law team.

The role
Support Solicitors on a range of family law matters
Prepare court documents, correspondence and legal paperwork
Liaise with clients, courts and third parties
Assist with divorce, separation and child-related cases
Manage files, diaries and key deadlines
Maintain accurate case management records
About you
Previous experience working within a Scottish law firm is essential
Family law experience is essential
Familiarity with Scottish court procedures and legal documentation
Excellent communication and client care skills
Organised and able to manage a busy workload
Proactive, adaptable and team-focused
