Job Description

I'm working on a stellar opportunity with a Dunfermline based firm, who are looking to bolster their Court Department by recruiting a Solicitor with up to 3 Years' PQE to join their firm.

This opportunity will be predominantly focused on Family law matters, with the main responsibilities of this role, being:

  • Managing and handling your own caseload of matrimonial and child related matters
  • Representing clients in Scottish courts
  • Initial client consultation to understand their needs
  • Preparing and drafting legal documentation

This opportunity offers:

As the successful candidate, you will ideally have:

  • From Newly Qualified up to 3 Years' PQE in either Family or general Civil Litigation law
  • Experience in representing clients in the Scottish court systems
  • An understanding and compassionate personality and someone who is driven to providing the best results for your clients
  • A keen interest in business development, and can display commercial awareness
