Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a highly regarded team in Edinburgh, advising on a broad range of English real estate matters.

This is an opportunity to work on high-quality transactions for an impressive client base, within a collaborative team offering excellent support, training and opportunities for career development.

The Role

You will be involved in a varied range of commercial property matters, including:

• Investment acquisitions and disposals.
• Commercial leasing and asset management.
• Property development and regeneration projects.
• Real estate finance transactions.
• Renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
• Real estate aspects of corporate and banking transactions.

You will work alongside colleagues across a range of practice areas, providing commercially focused advice and developing strong client relationships.

About You

• NQ-3 PQE with a genuine interest in commercial real estate and a desire to develop their expertise within a high-quality team.
• Experience in English commercial real estate would be advantageous, although an English qualification is not essential.
• Scots-qualified property solicitors looking to broaden their experience into English real estate are also encouraged to apply.
• You will have strong technical and drafting skills, excellent attention to detail, commercial awareness and a proactive approach to your work.
