Are you an English-qualified Real Estate Solicitor looking to join a well-established Commercial Property team with an excellent reputation in the market in Edinburgh?

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, advising an impressive client base that includes investors, developers, occupiers and lenders. You'll benefit from a varied workload, genuine responsibility from day one and the support of an experienced and collaborative team.

The Opportunity

You'll advise on a wide variety of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, secured lending and development projects. Working closely with colleagues across the wider business, you'll gain exposure to complex, high-value transactions whilst building strong, long-term client relationships.

About You

You'll be an English-qualified solicitor with between 2-6 years' PQE and experience handling commercial real estate transactions.

You'll also bring:
