Job Description

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Energy Property Lawyer (5+ PQE) to join a highly regarded Energy & Infrastructure Property team within a leading national law firm in Edinburgh or Glasgow. 

The role:

  • Advise on the property aspects of major energy and infrastructure projects across Scotland and the UK.
  • Work with clients including developers, funders, investors, and public authorities.
  • Support projects across a range of technologies such as onshore and offshore wind, solar, hydrogen, carbon capture, and battery storage.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across related disciplines to deliver seamless, high-quality advice.

The ideal candidate:

  • Scottish qualified with 5+ years’ PQE in property matters relating to energy and/or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding of large-scale developments.
  • Confident communicator with a client-focused and solutions-driven approach.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive, high-performing team.
