The role
Advise employers on employment law and workplace issues
Assist with and run Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting ET3s
Prepare employment contracts, policies and procedures
Advise on settlement agreements and employee relations matters
Support corporate transactions involving employment law considerations
Contribute to training sessions and client updates
About you
Newly qualified to 3 years’ PQE, with employment law experience gained during your traineeship or post-qualification
Exposure to advising employer clients
Excellent drafting and communication skills
Organised and able to manage a varied workload
Commercially minded, with a keen interest in developing your employment practice
