This is a great opportunity for a Newly Qualified to 3 years’ PQE Employment Solicitor to further develop experience in a broad mix of contentious, advisory and transactional employment law work.
Working closely with experienced colleagues, you’ll advise a diverse employer client base while developing your technical expertise and client relationships within a collaborative environment.

The role
Advise clients on a range of employment law matters
Assist with Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting ET3s
Provide day-to-day HR and employee relations advice
Draft contracts, policies and settlement agreements
Support the employment aspects of corporate transactions
Deliver client training and legal updates
About you
NQ–3 years’ PQE in employment law
Experience of contentious and/or non-contentious employment matters
Excellent communication and drafting skills
Commercial and client-focused approach
Organised and able to manage competing priorities
Keen to develop your career within employment law
