Overview:
A great opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor (4+ years PQE) to join a busy team handling both advisory and tribunal work. The role offers early responsibility, a varied caseload and the chance to work with both employer and employee clients.
Role Requirements:
Manage your own caseload efficiently and professionally
Advise on all aspects of employment law, including disputes, contracts, disciplinary and grievance matters
Represent clients at employment tribunals
Contribute to team development, training and client engagement
Experience:
Minimum 4 years PQE in employment law
Experience in advisory and/or contentious work; tribunal experience preferred
Skills:
Clear, concise communication
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Client-focused and organised, able to manage priorities and deadlines
