Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing Employment team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

The role offers the chance to work with a broad range of commercial clients on a varied caseload, covering both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

The Role

You can expect to be involved in a wide range of work, including:

• Day-to-day employment advice
• Employment aspects of corporate transactions
• TUPE, restructurings and redundancies
• Employment Tribunal and litigation matters
• Workplace investigations
• Strategic employment projects
• Supporting clients with evolving employment legislation
• There may also be opportunities to work on matters with an international or cross-border element.

About You

We are keen to hear from Employment Solicitors with 4+ years' PQE, although the firm is flexible on level for the right candidate.

You will ideally have experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment work, together with strong communication skills and a commercial, proactive approach.
