The Role
Advise employers on employee relations, disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance
Give commercial, tailored guidance to each client
Keep accurate records on internal systems
Refer matters needing specialist input
Stay up to date with employment law developments
Contribute to client training, legal updates and business development
About You
Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in employment law
Experience advising employers across a wide range of matters
Commercial, pragmatic and an excellent communicator
Organised, able to work independently and knows when to escalate
Confident with case management systems and Microsoft Office
