The role
You’ll run a varied caseload, including:
Advising on unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and redundancy
Guiding clients through disciplinary and grievance processes
TUPE and large-scale restructuring work
Employment Tribunal claims
Practical, commercial HR advice
Building client relationships and helping grow the practice
About you
You’re Scottish qualified and used to advising employers
You’re confident with Tribunal litigation
You draft clear pleadings and advice
You can run your own caseload and enjoy being part of a team
You’re proactive, commercial and pragmatic
