The role
Advising employer clients on a broad range of workplace issues, including:
Workplace disputes and employee relations
Restructuring, redundancy and TUPE
Drafting contracts, policies and workplace documents
Employment Tribunal proceedings
Client training and legal updates
About you
2–5 years' PQE in employment law
Confident across contentious and non-contentious work
Experience advising employer clients
Excellent communication and client-management skills
Commercial, pragmatic approach
