The role
As an Employment Solicitor, you'll advise employer clients on a broad range of workplace issues and support them through day-to-day employment law challenges.
Responsibilities include:
Advising on workplace disputes and employee relations
Supporting restructuring and redundancy exercises
Advising on TUPE and business reorganisation projects
Drafting contracts, policies and workplace documentation
Assisting with Employment Tribunal proceedings
Delivering client training and employment law updates
About you
This role would suit an Employment Solicitor who:
Has 2–5 years' PQE in employment law
Has experience advising employer clients on a range of issues
Communicates well and builds strong relationships
Manages client expectations, deadlines and competing priorities effectively
Is keen to contribute to a successful team's growth
