The role
In this role, you’ll manage your own employment law matters with supervision as required, advising clients on a range of contentious issues.
You’ll draft correspondence and pleadings, progress cases efficiently and stay up to date with legal developments in employment law.
You’ll also work closely with colleagues on more complex matters, sharing knowledge and contributing to a collaborative team approach while building strong and positive client relationships.
About you
This role would suit an Employment Solicitor who:
Is NQ–5 years’ PQE in employment law
Has experience in contentious employment matters
Is confident handling files with supervision where needed
Communicates clearly and professionally with clients
Is organised, proactive and comfortable managing deadlines
Works well as part of a team and brings a commercial mindset
