The role
In this role, you’ll take the lead on advising clients across a range of employment law issues, as well as representing clients in different forums where required. You’ll work closely with colleagues within the employment team and across the wider firm, benefiting from a strong cross departmental approach.
The position offers an excellent blend of technical, advisory and advocacy work, allowing you to continue developing your expertise while maintaining a healthy balance between professional development and working life.
About you
This role would suit an Employment Lawyer who:
Has 2+ years’ PQE with experience in contentious employment work
Has advocacy experience or a clear interest in developing it
Is personable, client focused and an effective communicator
Is commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team culture
Is motivated to progress and develop as a well-rounded employment adviser
