Role Requirements:
Manage a varied caseload of employment and discrimination matters
Represent clients in tribunal and court proceedings
Provide clear, practical advice across a range of employment law issues
Prepare and review documentation to support hearings and settlements
Work collaboratively within an experienced and supportive team
Experience:
Minimum 1 year PQE; applications welcome from more experienced Solicitors
Background in employment law and tribunal advocacy preferred
Confident handling a busy and varied caseload
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities
Collaborative approach and commitment to high-quality client service
