Role Requirements:
Experience:
1+ years PQE in employment law within a commercial setting
Experience advising on contracts, policies, employee relations and tribunal matters
Exposure to settlement agreements and transactional support is a plus
Skills:
Clear, confident communicator with a client-first mindset
Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage a varied workload
Enthusiastic about learning, contributing to the team and building client relationships
