Employment Solicitor (1-4 years')

Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an employment solicitor to join a leading national employment law practice in Glasgow. This role offers high-quality contentious and non-contentious employment work, exposure to major UK and international clients, and excellent opportunities for career progression.

Joining an established Employment team, you will advise on a broad range of employment law matters, including:

• Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
• Redundancies, restructurings and strategic workforce changes
• Restrictive covenants, team moves and senior exits
• Workplace investigations, discrimination and equal pay
• Employment law support on corporate transactions and outsourcing
• Industrial relations and complex employee relations matters

You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the UK and internationally, gaining exposure to complex employment matters and developing your expertise within a supportive, commercially focused environment.

About you

• A qualified solicitor with experience in employment law, ideally between 1 and 4 years’ PQE
• Experience advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Strong technical ability, commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
• A collaborative approach, with an interest in developing client relationships and progressing your career
