The role
As an Employment Partner, you’ll work closely with clients across a range of sectors, providing strategic advice on complex employment law matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
Advising employers on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
Supporting clients through restructures, TUPE transfers and redundancy programmes
Advising on discrimination, whistleblowing and senior employee issues
Acting as a trusted adviser to boards, leadership teams and senior stakeholders
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Contributing to business development and growth initiatives
Supporting the mentoring and development of colleagues within the team
About you
This role would suit an Employment Partner who:
Has an established reputation in employment law
Brings a client following or well-developed referral network
Has experience advising on a broad range of employment matters
Demonstrates excellent commercial awareness and business development capability
Enjoys building client relationships and developing teams
Takes a collaborative and strategic approach to practice growth
