The role
Advise employers on complex employment and workplace issues
Run Employment Tribunal claims from instruction to final hearing
Draft and review contracts, policies and procedures
Advise on settlement agreements and employee relations matters
Lead on employment aspects of corporate transactions
Supervise and develop junior lawyers and trainees
Deliver client training and contribute to legal updates
About you
Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in employment law
Experience advising employer clients and running Tribunal matters independently
Clear, precise drafting and confident client communication
Able to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
Commercially minded, with an interest in winning and developing client work
