Job Description

A leading Employment team is looking to appoint an Employment Lawyer (4-7 PQE) in Aberdeen. This is a standout opportunity to join a well-resourced, nationally recognised practice with a strong international platform and an impressive client base.

The Role
This position offers a broad mix of contentious and advisory work, including:

  • Complex employment tribunal litigation
  • Senior-level grievances (including discrimination and whistleblowing)
  • Restructuring and redundancy programmes
  • Strategic, day-to-day employment advice
  • Cross-border matters and international projects
  • Support on corporate transactions

You will work closely with colleagues across the UK, particularly in Edinburgh and Glasgow, and support a growing team.

The Candidate

  • 4-7 years’ PQE in employment law within a commercial environment
  • Strong technical ability and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
  • Experience handling complex and sensitive matters
  • Commercial awareness and confidence working with senior stakeholders
