Job Description

A well-established and growing law firm is looking to strengthen its Edinburgh Dispute Resolution team with the appointment of a Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking for varied contentious work, greater autonomy and genuine scope for career progression within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

The Role

You’ll join a collaborative team acting for a diverse client base across Scotland, with exposure to a broad range of commercial disputes. The role will involve managing your own caseload and handling matters through to resolution, including Sheriff Court and Court of Session work, mediation and arbitration.

There will also be opportunities to develop client relationships, contribute to business development and play a role in the continued growth of the team.

About You

We’re keen to hear from Dispute Resolution Solicitors with 3+ years’ PQE who have solid commercial litigation experience.

You’ll ideally be:

  • Confident managing your own caseload
  • Commercially minded and client focused
  • Technically strong with good litigation experience
  • Proactive, organised and keen to develop
  • A collaborative team player
