Experience:
Managing a range of dispute resolution matters, including contractual disputes, property litigation and professional negligence claims
Representing clients in Sheriff Court proceedings and advising on alternative dispute resolution options
Assisting with the supervision and development of Trainees and Junior Solicitors
Skills:
Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience in litigation
Clear and confident communication with clients and colleagues
Well organised with a practical, commercial approach
