Role Requirements:

The position involves both independent work and guiding junior colleagues through court processes and client advisory work.
Experience:
• 5–9+ years PQE in dispute resolution
• In-depth experience handling contentious insolvency matters
• Broad exposure to commercial litigation across various sectors
Skills:
• Excellent legal analysis and drafting capabilities
• Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to client service and business development
