Job Description

Overview:

A progressive and expanding law firm in Glasgow is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with over two years’ post-qualification experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial disputes, represent clients in courts across Scotland, and develop your career in a supportive, modern, and growth-focused environment.

 

Role Requirements:

Experience

At least 2 years’ PQE in dispute resolution, ideally with exposure to commercial litigation
Confident handling court appearances and preparing cases for proof
Comfortable instructing expert witnesses and collaborating with Counsel on complex matters

Skills

Excellent drafting ability and clear, persuasive communication
Able to manage your own caseload while contributing to team goals
Organised, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality client outcomes
