Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor with at least 3 years’ post-qualified experience to join a well-established dispute resolution team in Glasgow. The role offers exposure to a varied caseload including commercial disputes, contractual matters, contentious property issues and private client litigation. You’ll work closely with experienced partners and colleagues, supporting a broad range of clients across sectors.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ PQE in commercial litigation or general dispute resolution
Previous involvement in cases before the Sheriff Court, arbitration, or adjudication
Experience handling matters such as contract disputes, property-related claims and contested estates
Skills:
Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good organisation and an eye for detail
Comfortable working directly with clients and external parties
