Role Requirements
You will work closely with clients and colleagues to provide clear, pragmatic advice on data protection and information law matters, contributing to both advisory and project-based work.
Experience
Scottish qualified solicitor, NQ-3 years PQE
Experience or demonstrable interest in data protection, privacy and information law
Exposure to advising on UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018
Skills
Analytical skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
Collaborative mindset and confidence working across teams
