The role
As a Senior Court Solicitor in North Ayrshire, you will manage a broad range of family law matters including more complex and sensitive cases, as well as housing-related litigation.
You will represent clients in court, oversee case preparation and provide clear, practical advice across all stages of litigation. The role also includes supporting junior Solicitors and contributing to team development.
About you
This role would suit a Solicitor who:
Has 4+ years’ PQE in litigation/ court work
Has experience in family law and advocacy
Is confident managing complex cases independently
Has client relationship and communication skills
Is interested in mentoring and contributing to team growth
