The role

As a Corporate Tax Solicitor, you’ll advise clients and colleagues on the tax implications of a wide range of business and property transactions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Advising on the tax structuring of corporate transactions and reorganisations
Supporting business sales, acquisitions and investment projects
Advising on LBTT, SDLT, VAT and other transaction-related tax issues
Assisting with employee share schemes and employment tax matters
Drafting and reviewing tax-related documentation
Supporting clients across a variety of sectors and industries
Contributing to client training, seminars and legal updates

About you

This role would suit a Solicitor who:

Has 2+ years’ PQE in corporate, commercial, tax or transactional work
Has an interest in developing specialist tax expertise
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Is comfortable managing a varied workload
Communicates clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues
Takes a commercial and practical approach to problem-solving
Enjoys building relationships and contributing to business development activities
