The role
As a Corporate Tax Solicitor, you'll advise clients and colleagues on the tax implications of business and property transactions, including:
Tax structuring of corporate transactions and reorganisations
Business sales, acquisitions and investments
LBTT, SDLT, VAT and related transactional tax issues
Employee share schemes and employment tax
Drafting and reviewing tax documentation
Client training, seminars and legal updates
About you
2+ years' PQE in corporate, commercial, tax or transactional work
Keen to develop specialist tax expertise
Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
Clear communicator with a commercial, practical approach
Comfortable with a varied workload and business development
