The role
Advise on tax aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals
Assist with business restructurings and reorganisations
Advise on property tax matters including LBTT, SDLT and VAT
Support employee share schemes and incentive arrangements
Draft and negotiate tax-related documentation
Contribute to client training and business development initiatives
About you
2+ years’ PQE in tax, corporate or commercial work
Interest in tax planning and transactional support work
Organisational and communication skills
Commercially aware and solutions-focused
Able to manage competing priorities effectively
