The role
Advise on the tax structuring of corporate transactions
Support acquisitions, disposals and business reorganisations
Advise on LBTT, SDLT and VAT issues relating to property transactions
Assist with employee share incentive arrangements
Draft and negotiate transactional tax documentation
Support clients and colleagues on a range of tax-related matters
About you
2+ years’ PQE in tax, corporate or commercial work
Genuine interest in developing tax expertise
Attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and drafting abilities
Commercial and client-focused approach
