Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join a busy and high-performing deals advising ambitious, founder-led and high-growth businesses across Scotland and the wider UK. You will work on a mix of investments, acquisitions, disposals and shareholder arrangements, with exposure to transactions of varying size and complexity across sectors such as technology, healthcare and other innovation-driven industries.
Role Requirements:
– Managing your own client portfolio with early client contact
– Advising on investments, acquisitions, disposals and share arrangements
– Drafting and negotiating corporate documents and supporting deal delivery
– Working closely with colleagues at all levels on complex transactions
– Leading smaller matters independently while contributing to larger deals
– Building long-term client relationships based on practical, clear advice
Experience:
– Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in corporate transactional work
– Experience taking deals from start to finish
– Confident handling client-facing responsibilities
– Interest in working with founder-led and high-growth businesses
Skills:
– Personable communicator with a client-focused approach
– Commercially aware with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
– Collaborative and engaged team contributor
– Attention to detail with proactive problem-solving abilities
