A leading firm in Glasgow is seeking a talented and commercially astute Solicitor to join its Corporate division. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, restructuring and finance-related transactions.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 3yrs PQE in corporate law
Proven track record in handling corporate transactions and drafting legal documentation
Familiarity with commercial contracts, corporate governance, and restructuring
Exposure to banking and finance matters is a plus
Skills:
Drafting and analytical skills
Proactive team player
