An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor with 1-3 years’ PQE to join a highly regarded and growing corporate team in Edinburgh.

The team advises a broad range of entrepreneurial businesses, investors and companies on a variety of corporate matters, offering excellent exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to develop your experience within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

You can expect to be involved in a broad range of corporate transactions, working closely with experienced lawyers and having the opportunity to take on responsibility from an early stage.

The Candidate

• Experience within a corporate team

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
