Job Description

A leading commercial law firm is seeking a talented corporate lawyer to join its growing team in Glasgow. This is a rare opportunity to work on high-value domestic and international transactions, supporting well-known clients across sectors such as food and drink, manufacturing, technology, infrastructure, and investment funds.

What You’ll Do:

• Take a lead role on complex corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, and joint ventures
• Provide strategic corporate advisory support across restructuring, corporate governance, and cross-border projects
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships while supporting business development initiatives
• Mentor and guide junior colleagues within the corporate team
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and thought leadership

The ideal candidate will have: 

• A minimum of 4 years' PQE in corporate law, with strong transactional and advisory experience
• Excellent drafting skills and a detail-focused approach
• Confidence in managing your own workload and collaborating with cross-office teams
• A commercially minded, proactive, and client-focused attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in mentoring or team development
