The role
As a Corporate Finance Solicitor in Glasgow, you will be involved in a wide range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, investments and general corporate advisory work.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across specialist teams such as banking, commercial, real estate and IP, delivering integrated advice on complex deals. The role will involve drafting and negotiating transaction documents, supporting due diligence processes and assisting with deal execution from start to finish.
About you
This opportunity would suit a Corporate Finance Solicitor who:
Has 4–7 years’ PQE with corporate transactional experience
Has worked on M&A or similar corporate finance matters
Is commercially aware and solution-focused
Communicates clearly and builds strong client relationships
Is confident working as part of a collaborative team on complex deals
