A high-profile Glasgow team, known for advising on complex, high-value transactions across the UK and internationally, is seeking a Corporate Finance Solicitor. You'll work with a dynamic client base of major corporates and institutional investors across key sectors — a strong step up for a solicitor looking to move into a more prominent transactional role.

The role
You'll advise on a range of transactions including M&A, investments and general corporate work, collaborating with specialist teams in banking, commercial, real estate and IP to deliver integrated advice on complex deals. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, supporting due diligence, and managing deal execution from start to finish.
About you
4–7 years' PQE in corporate transactional work
Experience on M&A or similar corporate finance matters
Commercially aware and solution-focused
Strong communicator, able to build client relationships
Confident working collaboratively on complex deals
