The role
As a Conveyancing Solicitor in Glasgow, you’ll handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing residential sales, purchases and transfers of title
Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process
Liaising with lenders, estate agents and third parties
Progressing transactions efficiently and proactively
Working closely with support staff to ensure a seamless client experience
Building and maintaining client relationships
About you
This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who:
Has a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
Is confident managing their own caseload independently
Has experience handling Scottish property transactions
Demonstrates excellent client care and communication skills
Has strong organisational and file management abilities
Is comfortable working with case management systems and Microsoft Office
