The role
As a Conveyancing Solicitor in Glasgow, you will manage residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. The caseload will include sales, purchases, buy-to-let matters and higher-value transactions.
In addition, you’ll be involved in commercial security work connected to lender transactions, with training and ongoing support provided. The role also involves working closely with colleagues across conveyancing, private client and court teams where matters overlap.
About you
This role would suit a Conveyancing Solicitor who:
Has experience handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
Is confident managing an active caseload with paralegal support
Has an interest in developing expertise in lender-based commercial security work
Communicates clearly and consistently with clients
Enjoys working as part of a collaborative, close-knit team
Takes a personal, detail-focused approach to client service
