The role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal in Glasgow, you’ll take ownership of your own caseload of residential property matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title
Handling transactions from instruction through to settlement
Drafting and issuing offers, concluding missives and progressing transactions
Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the process
Maintaining accurate case records using case management systems
Liaising with lenders, agents and other third parties

About you

This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal who:

Has experience managing their own conveyancing caseload
Is confident overseeing transactions from start to finish
Communicates clearly and builds strong client relationships
Is highly organised and able to meet deadlines
Takes a proactive and detail-focused approach
Is motivated to grow within a busy and supportive team
