We are recruiting an Associate to join a firm in Glasgow specialising in construction disputes. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of contentious matters and build your profile in a supportive and ambitious team.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
Solid grounding in construction or commercial disputes
Able to manage files with minimal supervision
Comfortable working directly with clients and external counsel
Eager to contribute to team initiatives and business development
Skills:
Familiarity with construction contracts and dispute resolution methods
Clear and persuasive written communication
Organised with a proactive approach to problem-solving
